Delivery Time

Once an order is handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is dependent on the logistics provider.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the product.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Greens Flora may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Package

If the package appears visibly damaged at delivery, customers should document the condition of the package and record the unboxing process.
